Salary:
£40,000 – £45,000  £20,000 OTE , Car allowance 
Required Skills:

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
• Strong knowledge of Digital Signage, LED technology, and AV/IT solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities
• Experience with CRM tools and crafting client proposals
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Superior relationship-building skills and client-focused mindset

Nice to Have Skills:

• Technical background or familiarity with hardware/software integration
• Experience working within a technology or electronics-focused sales environment
• Knowledge of local market trends and customer needs in the UK digital signage space

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Demonstrated success in similar roles with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel within the UK as needed
• Valid driver’s license and car allowance entitlement
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid (office/remote) setup
