Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for brand development and execution? We are searching for a Brand Manager to lead the delivery and execution of our Clients’ annual brand plan across the full marketing mix. By joining this team you will become a driving force in creating a consistent and impactful brand experience!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Brand Strategy: Assist in the delivery of the annual brand plan with project responsibility across the marketing mix.
  • Performance Review: Continuously evaluate brand performance to inform planning cycles and drive creative improvement.
  • Integrated Campaign Management: Develop and execute strong, through-the-line brand plans tailored to various channels, ensuring seamless campaign execution across owned platforms such as social media, email, and our website.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment in tone of voice and visual presentation across all touchpoints.
  • Media Strategy Leadership: Oversee media strategy, planning, and execution, creating all required creative assets in collaboration with agencies and in-house teams.
  • Market Adaptation: Adapt UK brand plans to EU markets, scaling and modifying strategies where relevant to meet specific market needs.

Knowledge & Skills:

Essential:

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, or a minimum of 5 years of recent experience in a commercial marketing role.
  • Advanced expertise in brand development, media strategy, creative development, campaign management, and the full marketing mix.
  • Strong ability to produce commercially-oriented, customer-focused creative work with a keen eye for detail.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a global or multi-market marketing role.
  • Background in building brands online, particularly in fashion or sports sectors.
  • Proven experience in writing creative briefs and managing creative development with agencies.
  • High-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and align teams around a unified brand vision and strategy.
