We’re excited to welcome a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Senior Manager to our growing team! In this role, you’ll lead the audit process for our technology and professional services clients (including sectors like professional services, PR, advertising, digital media, and more). Your expertise will ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and our company policies.
If you have a strong background in auditing, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the technology and professional services industries, we’d love to hear from you! We’re looking for someone who enjoys developing and guiding audit teams while building lasting relationships with clients.
As a Senior Manager, you’ll collaborate with a team of problem-solvers to address complex business challenges, from strategy to execution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements for technology and professional services clients.
  • Develop thorough audit plans, including risk assessments and audit objectives.
  • Work closely with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for the audit process.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, regulations, and developments in the technology and services sectors.
  • Use your industry knowledge to effectively assess clients’ business processes, risks, and controls.
  • Conduct detailed audit testing and document findings.
  • Evaluate internal controls and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Guide and mentor a team of audit professionals, offering support throughout the audit process.
  • Review workpapers and reports prepared by the audit team.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with our technology and services clients.
  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to clients.
  • Address client questions and concerns promptly and with care.
  • Ensure audits are conducted in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports that highlight key findings and actionable recommendations.
  • Work with clients to develop action plans based on audit results.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in auditing, particularly with a focus on technology and professional services clients.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations, accounting principles, and auditing standards.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
