As a Partner in Audit with a focus on Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC), you will play a key role in leading and managing audit engagements for our valued clients within the AEC sector. Your financial expertise, industry knowledge, and leadership will be essential in delivering high-quality audit services. This position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, clear and effective communication with clients, and staying informed about industry trends and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage audit engagements for clients in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector, ensuring adherence to auditing standards and regulations.
• Oversee and review audit work papers, financial statements, and related reports with attention to detail.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor in financial matters.
• Understand the business goals of clients and offer insights to enhance their financial performance.
• Provide guidance and support to audit teams, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services.
• Work collaboratively with other partners and managers to create a positive and efficient work environment.
• Identify and evaluate risks associated with AEC engagements and develop strategies to address them.
• Ensure compliance with auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and firm policies.
• Participate actively in business development efforts, including client acquisition and relationship building.
• Identify opportunities to expand services for existing clients and explore new business opportunities within the AEC sector.
• Uphold a strong commitment to delivering excellent audit services.
• Conduct thorough reviews of audit work papers and reports to ensure accuracy and alignment with professional standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification is required.

Experience:

• 12+ years of extensive experience in auditing, with a specialization in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector.
• Deep understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines effectively.
