As a Associate Director of Data Management, you will need to be a Supply Chain subject matter expert in regards to Data. You will play a key part in definition and execution of a top-tier Data Strategy.

What things you could expect to do as Associate Director of Data Management:

• Leading the data management workstream, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data solutions.
• Collaboration with a team of 8 Data Leads to establish a robust Enterprise Data Model (EDM) focused on standardization.
• Identifying risks and decision points, ensuring clear ownership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conducting data quality assessments and facilitate enlightening Share & Tell sessions.
• Supporting the creation of our data migration strategy, providing essential insights and guidance.

Skills you will need:

• Experience in leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven success in managing the end-to-end data management lifecycle within multinational companies.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
