Agile Transformation Trainer – Global Travel Technology Company Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid)
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Full-time (40 hours/week preferred)

The Role We are seeking an Agile Transformation Trainer to support a large-scale transformation programme across our organisation. This role will equip teams and leaders with the mindset, knowledge, and practical skills to adopt agile ways of working. You will co-create and co-deliver training sessions for diverse teams, including Product, Engineering, and non-technical teams, helping to foster collaboration, transparency, and a culture of learning.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, interactive agile training sessions using “Training from the Back of the Room” principles.
- Apply scaled facilitation techniques such as Liberating Structures.
- Work with internal coaches and leadership to co-create, improve, and deliver training content.
- Support leadership through spot coaching and follow-ups after training sessions.
- Tailor sessions to different audiences, ensuring learning is practical and actionable.
- Track attendance, manage training logistics, and assess learning outcomes.
Requirements
- 5–8 years’ experience in Agile Coaching or equivalent roles in Product, Engineering, or Delivery.
- Proven experience delivering training to groups of varying sizes.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Deep understanding of agile principles, frameworks, and practices.
- Experience with scalable facilitation techniques (e.g., Liberating Structures).
- Ability to assess learning uptake and impact.
Desirable: Background in Product or Engineering and experience in large-scale transformation programmes.
