Change Manager – Tech Enablement (Build & Run) 

We are partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a large-scale technology modernisation programme and are looking for an experienced Change Manager to support the rollout of engineering and SDLC improvements across a global technology function.
This role sits within a Tech Enablement / Modernisation programme, focused on scaling improvements from pilot initiatives to adoption across thousands of engineers.

The Role
You will play a key role in driving the adoption of changes to engineering ways of working, with a focus on:

• Reducing engineering friction
• Increasing automation and deployment frequency
• Enabling scalable, consistent development environments

This is a hands-on role where you will need to quickly bring structure to complex initiatives and drive delivery in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Scaling change initiatives across large engineering populations
• Designing engagement models to support widespread adoption
• Working closely with engineering leaders and technical teams
• Translating complex technical concepts into clear, engaging messaging
• Enabling internal champions to drive adoption within teams
• Supporting the transition from pilot initiatives to enterprise-wide rollout

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering change in large-scale technology or engineering environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, or engineering workflows
• Experience applying change frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, APMG) in a practical way
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with a strong bias for action
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagement
• Experience supporting large engineering communities (1000+ users) is highly desirable
