In this influential role, you will lead end-to-end business and data analysis efforts, working closely with senior stakeholders across underwriting, pricing, claims, and policy lifecycle processes. Your expertise will ensure seamless data profiling, reconciliation, quality assessment, and mapping, supporting platform modernisation and regulatory compliance. With your strategic insight and technical prowess, you will help shape innovative solutions and deliver impactful insights in a fast-paced transformation environment.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience within the London Market / Lloyd’s insurance environment
• Strong understanding of syndicate data structures, Delegated Authority processes, and reinsurance flows
• Proven SQL expertise for data analysis, profiling, validation, and reconciliation
• Skilled in data profiling, source-to-target data mapping, and defining transformation logic
• Experience supporting data migration, platform modernisation, and regulatory reporting initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to elicit, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Agile delivery experience, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-team coordination
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders confidently

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting core system replacements, data lakes, or analytics platforms
• Exposure to London Market platforms such as DA systems, policy admin, or reporting feeds
• Background in data-led transformation or migration programmes

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Relevant university degree in a business, data, or technology discipline
• Senior-level experience in insurance data analysis, business analysis, or a hybrid role within the Lloyd’s or broader London Market environment
• Practical experience working within regulated insurance environments

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work in a hybrid model, combining remote and onsite London office presence
• Open to candidates currently based in the UK and available for immediate or short-notice start
• Prior experience supporting large transformation or regulatory projects is highly desirable
