Overview
We are seeking a Systems / Infrastructure Engineer to join an established IT team supporting a Microsoft-based technology environment. This role is ideal for an engineer with experience across Microsoft infrastructure, scripting, and systems administration who is looking to develop their technical skills within a collaborative and supportive team.
The role offers a largely remote working model, with occasional team meet-ups when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Microsoft infrastructure environments.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support across the environment.
• Assist with infrastructure improvements and system optimisation.
• Work closely with colleagues across IT teams to ensure reliable system operations.
• Participate in a scheduled on-call support rota.

Technical Requirements Essential:

• Experience working with Microsoft technologies
• Systems administration or infrastructure support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Experience

• Typically 3–5 years’ experience in a systems engineering or infrastructure support role.
• Candidates with more experience may also be considered.
