We are supporting a major organisation undergoing a large-scale technology and data transformation, and are looking for a Senior Change Manager to lead a critical operating model implementation.
This is a high-impact role focused on bringing a newly designed Data Operating Model to life, including the rollout of a cross-functional governance framework that connects senior leadership with operational teams.

The Role
You will take ownership of delivering change across a complex, fast-moving environment—ensuring that new ways of working are not only implemented but fully adopted.
A key part of the role will be establishing and embedding a new governance model, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure it is practical, scalable, and effective across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving the implementation of a new Data Operating Model
• Embedding governance structures and decision-making forums
• Partnering with senior leaders to align on priorities and execution
• Translating complex organisational change into clear, actionable plans
• Defining success metrics and ensuring long-term adoption
• Navigating a complex stakeholder landscape with varying levels of maturity

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in change management (8–10+ years)
• Proven delivery of operating model or organisational transformation
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including senior leadership
• Ability to move quickly from strategy to execution
• Experience in technology, data, or product environments is beneficial
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach—focused on delivery over process
