Location: London / Hybrid
Rate: £650 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract Length: 6 Months

Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced PLM & MES Solution Architect to join a leading consulting environment, delivering high-impact digital engineering solutions across a range of enterprise clients.
This role will suit a contractor with strong experience across PLM and MES platforms, combined with a background in delivering complex, integrated solutions within manufacturing-led industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end PLM and MES solutions.
• Implement and configure leading PLM tools (e.g. Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA).
• Implement and configure MES platforms (e.g. Opcenter, ThingWorx, DELMIA).
• Work closely with stakeholders to define and translate requirements into solution architecture.
• Deliver integrated solutions as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Present solution designs to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Support testing, validation, and optimisation of deployed solutions.

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong experience in solution architecture within PLM and/or MES environments.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major PLM and one MES platform.
• Experience working within Industrial, Aerospace, Defence, or Automotive sectors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in data analysis and requirements gathering.

Desirable

• Experience with cloud-based deployments.
• Integration experience with ERP or enterprise systems.
• Relevant platform certifications.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
