• At least 5 years of relevant treasury experience, preferably within a large multinational or banking environment.
• Treasury experience spanning FX + liquidity/investments exposure (role bridges both areas).
• FX + derivatives understanding — forwards as the minimum baseline (options a plus).
• Interest rate understanding.
• Basic financial modelling capability.
• Cash-flow / liquidity forecasting experience (incl. funding/liquidity forecasts).
• Strong knowledge of FX risk management, intercompany financing, and trade finance processes.
• Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA Treasury modules and FIS Quantum (preferred).
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks such as EMIR, Dodd-Frank, and MiFID II.
• Proven expertise in SOX control environments, process improvement, and automation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and G Suite applications.
• Strong attention to detail, driven, resilient, and results-oriented.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Ability to grow into operational activities (incl. potential trade execution over time).
• If coming from a more accounting-leaning background: SQL and/or Tableau/reporting skills to take ownership of a defined reporting/analytics workstream.
• Experience with Bloomberg, Refinitiv Market Data Services, DTCC, and other treasury applications.
• Professional treasury qualifications such as RT or ACT.
• Previous exposure to systems like Banking platforms, FXALL Settlement Center.
• Knowledge of process redesign and risk/control documentation
