Senior Talent Acquisition Product Specialist – People Technology

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Product Specialist to join a global People Technology team supporting next-generation recruitment systems and AI-enabled hiring solutions.
In this role, you will act as the functional and technical SME for recruitment technology platforms, helping design and deliver scalable talent acquisition solutions across a complex global system landscape.
You will work closely with HR business stakeholders, product teams, system architects, and external partners to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. The role requires strong expertise in recruitment technology platforms and a good understanding of modern cloud-based HR ecosystems.

Key focus areas include:

• Leading solution design and deployment for recruitment technology platforms
• Supporting implementation and optimisation of ATS/CRM and AI recruitment tooling
• Ensuring system designs meet security, compliance, and architectural standards
• Driving adoption and continuous improvement of People Technology solutions
• Collaborating across global technical and functional teams

What we are looking for

• Strong background in recruitment systems or enterprise HR technology
• Experience with platforms such as Workday Recruitment or similar systems
• Knowledge of integration, cloud HR tools, and data governance principles
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to challenge design assumptions and promote best-practice solutions
