MEM Migration Engineer (Laptop Refresh)
Rate: £250 per day (Umbrella)
Contract: Inside IR35
Location: Remote (UK-based) with occasional onsite support

Overview
We are seeking an experienced MEM Migration Engineer to support a large public-sector IT modernisation programme. The role focuses on migrating end-user laptops from a legacy SCCM and Office 2016 environment to a Modern Device Management model using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), Intune, and Office 365.
 
This is a predominantly remote role; however, the successful candidate must be willing to travel to client sites in the South East when required to provide onsite support.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Migrate Windows laptops from SCCM to Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
• Support the transition from Office 2016 to Office 365
• Assist end users during device refresh and migration activities
• Troubleshoot device, policy, and application deployment issues
• Provide onsite support when required during rollout phases
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure a smooth migration

 
Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) / Intune
• Background in SCCM to Modern Device Management migrations
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 device management
• Experience deploying and supporting Office 365
• Excellent troubleshooting and user support skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
