We are seeking a skilled IAM SME to lead, design, and deliver essential identity management solutions that safeguard law enforcement operations and enhance operational efficiency.
As an integral member of this transformative project, you will design innovative IAM architectures, configure vital identity lifecycle processes, and ensure seamless integration across connected policing systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of police workflows through cutting-edge identity governance, role-based access controls, and security-driven solutions aligned with policing standards and regulations. If you’re passionate about leveraging your IAM expertise in a high-stakes, impactful setting, we want to hear from you.

  • Experience integrating IAM with enterprise and police-specific systems (highly desirable)
  • Knowledge of UK policing environments, roles, vetting, and access control protocols (desirable)
  • Familiarity with compliance, audit, and data protection obligations relevant to public sector security

Nice to Have Skills

  • Knowledge of Police National Identity and Access Management (NIAM) standards
