The Role:
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our Search Experience team. You will work across the Cars search journey, building both backend services and frontend features that improve how customers discover and select car options.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain scalable systems across the Cars search journey.
- Collaborate with product, data, engineering, and support teams.
- Drive improvements in performance, reliability, and data integrity.
- Take ownership of microservices and advocate best practices.
- Solve complex technical challenges with focus on customer impact.
Requirements:
- 3+ years software development experience.
- Strong Node.js and TypeScript skills.
- Frontend experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with microservices architecture and testing paradigms.
- AWS experience (EventBridge, SQS, Lambdas) a plus.
- Experience in search, discovery, or marketplace products a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
