We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Process/Business Analyst to lead a dedicated workstream within a large cross-functional programme. You will map, review, and optimise future business processes and data flows, perform risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies, working across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of a dedicated workstream, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Map and document end-to-end business processes and data lineage.
  • Identify process improvements, streamline workflows, and remove inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with process owners to define roles, responsibilities, and RACI.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Apply project and change management methodologies to ensure successful delivery.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record managing end-to-end business and technology projects.
  • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of BPM methodologies and business analysis techniques.
  • Proficient with process mapping (Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio) and project management tools (JIRA).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Pragmatic, results-oriented, and proactive with a “can-do” attitude.
