Data Engineer – Amsterdam

We’re looking for a Data Engineer who can build and optimise large-scale data pipelines, drive data quality across the organisation, and help develop tools that power real-time decision making.
What you’ll work on:
• Designing and scaling high-performance data pipelines
• Ensuring end-to-end data quality and reliability
• Solving issues at root cause and preventing recurrence
• Building internal tools, integrations, and self-service capabilities
• Experimenting with new tech to improve performance and scalability
• Supporting monitoring, observability and occasional on-call rotation
Tech environment:
Spark (essential) | CDC | Kafka | Cassandra | Airflow | Snowflake | DBT | ETL/ELT | Data Warehousing
Location: Amsterdam
Contract type: 9 month interim contract. Applicants must be registered as Independent Contractors in the Netherlands
