Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Project Manager
Location: Europe (flexible, with occasional travel to UK office)
Contract: 12 months initial, with potential for extension

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead a large-scale, multi-country SAP deployment. The successful candidate will drive project delivery, ensuring milestones are met on schedule, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. This is a hands-on role focused on planning, dependency management, reporting, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrated project plan and report interdependencies or conflicts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and E2E teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Monitor project progress, proactively addressing potential risks or delays.
• Allocate resources effectively in a matrix environment.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and achievements.
• Ensure governance frameworks are followed and decisions/actions are clearly communicated.
• Support preparation for project stage gates and checkpoints, driving cross-team outcomes.
• Consolidate and escalate project risks and issues, ensuring swift resolution.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practice adoption.
• Navigate changing project requirements with agility while maintaining momentum.

Key Requirements Experience & Skills:

• Extensive experience managing large-scale SAP programs across multiple countries.
• Hands-on experience with SAP deployment projects, including design, build, and test phases.
• Strong expertise in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Experience working with system integrators.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and drive results through collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to hold teams accountable.
