 Workday UK Payroll Lead – UK Hybrid (Contract until 31 December)

Are you a Workday UK Payroll expert with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementations? We’re looking for a talented Workday UK Payroll Lead to join our team on a hybrid basis across the UK.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the design and architecture of Workday Payroll solutions for UK operations.
• Develop and implement broad Payroll business process designs.
• Act as the subject matter expert, providing guidance and support across projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, influencing stakeholders from middle management to board level.
• Manage small to medium-sized teams, including coaching and performance management.
• Ensure all deliverables meet legal and compliance standards.
• Drive change management initiatives, including training, communications, and role transitions.

What we’re looking for:

• Workday UK Payroll Certified professional.
• Experience with at least 3 full UK Workday Payroll implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Payroll architecture and processes.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence at all levels.
• Experience leading small teams and managing people effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
