Senior Recruiter – International Recruiter – EMEA

We are supporting a global tech organisation. 

Contract Duration:  12 months initially – 40 hours per week – £45 Inside IR35 per hour, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, 2 days per week in Manchester office hybrid working

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our high-performing recruitment team, supporting commercial hiring across the EMEA region. You’ll play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment, building trusted relationships with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle – from briefing and sourcing to assessment and offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through creative and targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Promote the company’s culture, values, and employee experience to potential candidates.
  • Manage candidate communication, interview feedback, and offer processes with speed and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with global hiring standards.
  • Deliver a smooth, positive, and inclusive experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.
  • Support continuous improvement in hiring efficiency, scalability, and process excellence.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ international recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-paced, global organisation.
  • Strong understanding of multiple job markets, industry trends, and sourcing best practices.
  • Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships at all levels.
  • Commercially aware, results-driven, and proactive in approach.
  • Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a diverse, high-performance team.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and design practical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
