Senior Process Deployment Specialist – Regulatory

Contract Duration: 3 months initially – 40 hours per week – up to 76 EUR per hour, 40 hours per week, hybrid remote 2 days onsite in the AMS office
Hiring Manager’s Comments: Assignment until end of year with option for extension for H1’26 and beyond
The Partner Processes team is dedicated to designing, governing, and improving processes that proactively support business strategy and ensure a compliant partner base. The team safeguards the company’s license to operate while enabling internal functions to effectively support external partners. The focus is on balancing internal requirements with the drive to deliver a seamless partner experience.
Positioned at the centre of the business, the team is responsible for ensuring partner processes meet compliance standards across multiple programs where additional partner information is required. Over time, this area will also provide visibility and assurance to internal and external stakeholders, including regulators.
The team translates diverse business and regulatory requirements into efficient and effective processes, while presenting performance metrics to stakeholders. This is achieved through expertise in process management and the delivery of impact-driven process excellence.
Role Overview
As a Senior Process Implementation Specialist, you will ensure that process and product changes are practical, effective, and fully integrated into daily operations. You will work closely with Customer Service and Local Partner Services teams, capturing feedback and using data to drive continuous improvements. The role is key in innovating and automating processes to ensure scalability and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritise, and deliver improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and partner experience
- Act as a liaison between central process teams and operational departments, translating requirements into scalable solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to embed compliance and operational feasibility into product design and delivery
- Monitor and optimise process performance through data analysis and feedback; report regularly to senior stakeholders
- Design and implement process innovations with a strong focus on automation and scalability
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, balancing process and product priorities to deliver business outcomes
Skills & Experience
- Education: Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with significant experience also considered
- 5–8+ years’ experience in process management, project management, or organisational change, ideally within regulated or compliance-driven industries (e.g., KYC, FinTech, tax compliance)
- Proven experience leading international projects, managing diverse stakeholders, and driving measurable improvements
- Strong collaboration with product and technology teams to align business requirements with customer-centric and compliant solutions
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to identify insights and deliver change
- Proficiency with process automation and monitoring tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial, agile, and self-driven, with strong prioritisation skills
- Ability to coach and train peers in process excellence practices
