Regional Sales Manager – LED Displays, LED Screens, and Big Screens

Brookwood are pleased to add a new LED Manufacturer to our growing portfolio of clients . As the LED Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and market penetration LED display solutions across your Region . This role is focused on developing and implementing strategies to grow LED business by identifying new opportunities and strengthening relationships with resellers, and end-users. We are looking for a high-energy, solutions-oriented professional who can deliver customised, value-driven solutions to meet client needs and support the expansion of LED product line. LED Displays , LED Screens and Big Screens

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Development & Relationship Management:
- You will be an established professional with deep market knowledge and an established network within the Channel. You will be leveraging these contacts to ensure you build momentum and pipeline quickly.
- Establish and maintain productive, professional, and influential relationships with new channel resellers to foster a deep understanding of each partner’s business objectives.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within each account to drive LED sales growth and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Regularly visit customers to provide a high level of direct engagement, ensuring alignment with client needs and building long-term partnerships.
Market Analysis & Competitive Positioning:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the LED display sector to provide insights for positioning, value propositions, and competitive strategies.
- Utilise market intelligence to assist with sales positioning, objection handling, and overall competitive differentiation.
- Promoting our LED product line to generate interest, create new opportunities, and support existing partnerships.
Strategic Planning & Sales Growth:
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to expand market share in the LED display sector, focusing on both new and existing accounts.
- Drive incremental sales by identifying cross-selling opportunities and expanding business within each customer account.
Who we are looking
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the LED display or visual solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of LED technology and its applications across Stadiums , corporate, retail, and hospitality sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently from a home office while managing multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
