Brookwood have an excellent opportunity to join an industry leading Live Event Production Company, operating on a Global scale. With an exciting new programme of work, there is a WayFinding Designer opening to support delivery for major sporting events ahead across multiple venues for the FIFA World Cup 2026 in the US.

 
This is a technical design role focused on creating and adapting artwork files for venue signage. It’s ideal for someone with excellent Illustrator and InDesign skills who understands production workflows and can manage high volumes of precise, brand-aligned artwork.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Adapt and prepare artwork for print based on templates and data
• Implement location-specific design changes
• Package and manage artwork files, ensuring they’re production-ready
• Work closely with planners and printers to stay on timeline
• Apply file naming conventions, quality checks, and version control

 
Essential Skills & Experience

• Expert in Illustrator and InDesign
• Highly precise and detail-oriented artwork production
• Comfortable using automation tools (nice to have)
• Familiar with signage or wayfinding design
• Able to manage artwork workflows at scale
• Excellent communication and teamwork
