3 days in office , Plus, travel across multiple venues for the FIFA World Cup 2026 in the US all travel expenses paid.

Brookwood have an excellent opportunity to join an industry leading Live Event Production Company, operating on a Global scale. With an exciting new programme of work, there is a General Manager opening to support delivery for major sporting events ahead across multiple venues for the FIFA World Cup 2026 in the US.

This is a senior leadership role managing the full delivery of signage and branding across high-profile events. The General Manager will oversee the strategy, operations, vendor relationships, and creative execution, ensuring everything aligns with brand guidelines and is delivered smoothly across multiple venues.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead overall project strategy for signage and visual branding
• Manage internal teams, external vendors, and client expectations
• Oversee operational logistics – crew, machinery, transport etc.
• Ensure creative outputs align with design standards
• Develop and maintain timelines, budgets, and risk plans
• Manage on-site execution, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Essential Skills & Experience
• 5–7 years’ experience in event/project management
• Background in delivering signage or branding at scale
• Skilled in managing multiple teams and vendors
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Experience with large-scale sporting or entertainment events
• Familiarity with design processes and production workflows
