What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a collaborative software development team
• Design, build, and enhance both new and existing applications
• Own the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment
• Drive continuous improvement and high-quality delivery
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful software solutions

What You’ll Bring:

• 8+ years of experience in full stack software development
• Strong expertise in NodeJS and ReactJS
• Solid understanding of design patterns, OOP, and enterprise software development
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, shell scripting, Bitbucket, and JIRA
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science (or related field)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
