E-commerce Manager
 
E-commerce Manager required for rapidly growing omnichannel consumer packaged goods (CPG). As they expand their footprint and explore new market opportunities, they are seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Manager to drive their online sales strategy.
 
The role:
 
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
 
The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong analytical skills, and be adept at managing cross-functional projects.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • E-Commerce Strategy: Implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives and drives online sales growth across all digital channels.
  • Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day management, communication, and optimization of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a user-friendly experience, effective product listings, and seamless checkout processes for Shopify and TikTok Shop
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Implement strategies to increase online sales, improve conversion rates, and maximize average order value. Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics as needed to achieve targets.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience by analyzing customer feedback, identifying pain points, and implementing improvements to increase satisfaction and retention.
  • Product Management: Work with the product and merchandising teams to ensure that the e-commerce site features accurate and compelling product information, imagery, and promotions.

 
Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in e-commerce preferred.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the CPG industry or a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing from new customer acquisition to retention strategies using Recharge, Tapcart, and loyalty programs
  • Proven track record of driving online sales growth and optimizing e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, e-commerce analytics tools).
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, TikTok Shop) and content management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional digital shopping experiences.
