RPA Developer – Digital Transformation

Location: Oxfordshire, UK (Remote/hybrid options available)

About the Role:
As an RPA Developer, you will be integral in the technical development of groundbreaking capabilities and services, including Robotic Process Automation (Blue Prism), SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. You will collaborate with diverse digital teams and operational departments to create effective solutions that align with business goals, maximizing efficiency, and facilitating continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement solutions using Blue Prism’s Robotic Process Automation software.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Undertake peer reviews of code and component designs to maintain high delivery standards.
  • Collaborate on the entire software development lifecycle, applying local and industry standards.
  • Manage services on MS Azure, ensuring resilience in design and deployment.
  • Engage with emerging digital capabilities and contribute to the continuous evolution of our digital services.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recent hands-on experience with Blue Prism’s RPA software and developer certification.
  • A strong awareness of existing and emerging digital technologies.
  • Experience with MS Azure, including building and managing services and installing Blue Prism components.
  • Familiarity with source code repositories, IDEs, and release/configuration management practices.
  • Experience with SalesForce development is a plus but not required.
